About TECHNOTEST

TECHNOTEST was founded in 1963 by order No 260 of the Council of Ministers. The company was registered as a research and development, design and construction institute for engines and automobiles of the state-owned company "Transportno Mashinostroene".

After a number of transformations during the years of centralized economy, in 1989, under Decree 56 for the economic activity, TECHNOTEST achieved the status of a state-owned company. In 1992, TECHNOTEST was transformed into TECHNOTEST, one-man limited liability company, with state-owned property.

In 1993, TECHNOTEST Ltd. began to develop activities, connected with the service of various vehicles, including cars and trucks. The already available repair service and highly qualified experts made it possible to deliver excellent warranty and out-of-warranty services.

In 1998, a privatization deal was concluded, according to which 60% of the company's capital was sold to TECHNOTEST 2001, joint-stock company (currently COMPUTEST j.s.C.). In April 1999, the company was transformed into TECHNOTEST, joint-stock company. The company is included in the Register of state-owned and municipal companies, under No 94, vol. 2, p. 48, company case No 1311/1989, and at the moment is represented by the executive member of the Board of Directors, research associate, eng. Dragomir Mitzov.

TECHNOTEST is an independent company with only private participation, which is not part of any other economic organizations and/or groups. This makes TECHNOTEST independent of the producers, whose products the company tests; of the trade companies, which import and distribute these products; as well as of the persons and organizations who are the consumers of these products.

TECHNOTEST is a totally independent and unattached economic unity, which possesses contemporary premises, state-of-the-art equipment, as well as highly qualified and experienced specialists. The company is very successful in carrying out its functions, as required by state institutions, as well as in various additional activities at a high technological level.

TECHNOTEST has a special status and specialized features, which are unique on the Bulgarian market. It possesses state-of-the-art equipment as well as a highly qualified and united team of experts.
